Artist Statement

 I seek to create a place where my consciousness flees when I feel absent from my body during spells of dissociation. This is an abstract, elusive in-between area where I explore what it means to exist simultaneously within and beyond the human consciousness. Using layered compositions, bold colors, and personified forms, I construct the physical spaces where synchronicities of disorganized memories weave together without the constraints of a linear timeline.
